You can now link Autodesk BIM 360 and APE Mobile to keep your Projects and Users in sync, and to maintain copies of all your APE Mobile form PDFs in your BIM 360 Project Files. Check out this article to see the steps to set this up.
Once you've connected BIM 360 and APE Mobile, here's what you can do:
When you create a new User in APE Mobile, you'll have the option of selecting from a list of BIM 360 users.
Once a user is linked from BIM 360 to APE Mobile, user details in APE Mobile will stay in sync with those in BIM 360.
You'll also be able to link existing APE Mobile users to BIM 360 users.
You'll be able to create projects based on BIM 360 projects, and they'll keep in sync with any changes to the project details.
Project Forms, Memos and Actions
Once you start creating Forms, Memos and Actions in APE Mobile, a PDF copy of those records will be kept in your linked BIM 360 project automatically.
You'll find these in your Project Files in a folder called APE Mobile (your-subdomain).
That way if you predominantly use BIM 360, you'll always have easy access to a copy of the forms that are being completed on site in APE Mobile.
