Our BIM 360 integration allows you to upload PDF copies of your APE Mobile forms to BIM 360 so they're always available when you need them.
If you are a BIM 360 user who is new to APE Mobile, then head over to this Quick Start for information about easily setting up a new trial connected to BIM 360. Otherwise if you are an experienced APE Mobile user, then continue with the steps below.
Before setting up the BIM 360 integration, you will need to enable the APE Mobile App in your BIM 360 Account. Do this by adding the app from the Autodesk App Store using the APPS tab on the BIM 360 Account Admin page.
Once APE Mobile is enabled in BIM 360, you can then set up your BIM 360 integration by going to the Integrations page (under the Admin menu).
Note that you will need to be a Super user to see this page.
Find BIM 360 in the list and hit Activate to get started.
If you're not already signed in to BIM 360, you'll be redirected and asked to sign in so that APE Mobile can access your BIM 360 information.
You can then select the account you want to use with APE Mobile and hit Activate.
Done! Now APE Mobile and your BIM 360 account are connected.
What can the integration do?
Well, you can now:
- Link APE Mobile users and existing BIM 360 users.
- Create and sync APE Mobile projects with BIM 360 projects.
- See your APE Mobile forms, memos and actions in your linked BIM 360 projects.
